Employability Support in Oxfordshire

Rose Hill rectangle Taraji

The ‘No Limits’ programme aims to remove barriers that the Oxfordshire community might have getting into work, education or training. It is funded until March 2025 through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).

The ‘No Limits’ inclusive recruitment programme supports Oxfordshire residents aged 19 and over. It is being delivered through two of Oxfordshire’s most inclusive charities, SOFEA Didcot and Aspire Oxfordshire and can provide:

  • Up to 30 hours of 1-1 support with finding employment, education, or training, this includes CV writing, application forms and preparation for interviews
  • Travel bursaries for getting to interviews or the first month of a job or apprenticeship, if this is a barrier
  • Electronic devices and data to people experiencing digital poverty and informal digital training programmes

To find out what support is available where you live, please select your district.
