We are delighted to announce that King Alfred’s Academy will be holding their annual Careers and University fair on Wednesday 12 February 2025 at The Beacon, Wantage. Years 9-11 will be scheduled time from within their timetable to attend and it will be open for Sixth Form to visit at their convenience across the School Day. Years 7 and 8 will be provided with a digital version of materials from employers.
As a company, can you help us?
- Would you like to have a stall? It is a great way to promote what you do, the different departments within the business and spark students’ interest in your industry.
- Does your company offer apprenticeships/degree apprenticeships/training programmes? This is the ideal place to promote those, especially as the fair falls in National Apprenticeship Week.
- If your company is not able to attend, are you able to provide us with materials to share with students?
Stallholders will be required from 9am until 3.30pm (with a 30-minute allowance either side for set up and set down). Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
