What is OxGROW?

OxGROW is a fully-funded virtual mentoring and learning platform that provides free advice and support with getting into work or changing career from experienced and knowledgeable professionals.

Our platform connects individuals aged 18 and above with professional mentors from different sectors in Oxfordshire. Mentors provide text-based online mentoring tailored to your needs, offering insights into the local job market and working environments.

As a mentee, you can choose multiple mentors based on your needs or engage in longer-term conversations with a single mentor. Additionally, you can access learning modules on topics like resilience, confidence building, interview skills, and CV enhancement at your own pace.
