Information
for Employers
We work closely with Oxfordshire employers to ensure they have the right talent and skills in place to meet both the present and future needs of the economy.
Our aim is to provide Oxfordshire employers with high-value skills, putting them in a position to make the most of the opportunities presented by transformation. To this end, we offer employers a wide range of free programmes focusing on skills development and employment, including support with hiring apprentices and guidance on how to implement a Community Employment Plan. All of our programmes are fully-funded and are delivered with the aim of helping local employers achieve a successful talent pipeline.
