Activities Week Human Library @ The Oxford Academy

As part of our activities week at The Oxford Academy towards the end of the academic year, we hold careers days for our Year 8 and Year 9 students. Part of this involves a ‘human library’, where representatives of employers come and take part in brief Q&A sessions with groups of students to give them insight into the employer and the industry in which they work.

We have three options available to you:

Option 1 – Someone from your organisation is able to attend on each of the three days for the whole session (9:00am to 1:30pm)

Option 2 – Someone from your organisation is able to attend on one day for the whole session (9:00am to 1:30pm) – when you email, please specify which day

Option 3 – Someone from your organisation is able to attend for a specific time frame on one or more days (9:00-10:00. 10:00-11:00, 11:30-12:30, 12:30-1:30) – when you email please specify which days/sessions.

This would be a great opportunity for professional development for someone from your company, as well as an opportunity to network with other employers and education professionals. Refreshments and lunch (where applicable) will be provided.
